There's A Camel In My Backyard!

On Saturday we had the great pleasure of getting to spend some time with Madeline and Cody! They were troopers getting all bundled up to play in the yard so we could get some shots. We had lots of fun searching for mice and discovering a leaf eating camel in the backyard! I think I wimped out long before they did with my hands like ice bricks...so we headed inside for some more photos. Here are some of my favourites from the day! (Click on the image to enlarge)

A Perfect Pair

What fun we had meeting Shawn and Jess on Saturday! They welcomed us into their home and Shawn got busy right away rearranging the living room furniture to make space for the lights. We checked out some other maternity shots that they had been inspired by and then we got down to business! The first thing I noticed in their living room was this fantastic couch and I knew I had to get some shots with them on it...even little Charlie was enticed to join us with some tasty treats! It was a family affair without a doubt. We loved shooting this laid back couple...they are a perfect pair and many laughs were had recounting their stories of how they met. Here are a few of our favourite shots from the session. We can't wait to welcome their daughter in January!

Waiting for Jayden

We recently spent an afternoon with Jenn and Jer! We were lucky to have had this opportunity to take some photos together as their first child Jayden was born one week later! It was a great shoot that we did at Jer's family's farm and we managed to get very lucky with our outdoor lighting late on a Saturday afternoon!
